Calendula Oil

A natural oil nourish, heals and restores the skin. In addition to the benefits of vitamin-rich oils for skin health, organic oils also have antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties. Originally from southern Europe and Asia, calendula oil is extracted from marigold flowers grown in well-drained soil under full sunlight. With its healing properties, calendula will help to cleanse, repair, prevent, and even reverse the appearance of skin imperfections. The healing properties of calendula are added to cosmetic formulations. The healing properties of calendula oil make it an ideal skincare product for the treatment of dry, sensitive, normal, and even infants' skin due to its soothing properties. Traditionally, calendula is known for its ability to soothe burns, rashes, and wounds, as well as its ability to heal wounds and abrasions rapidly. A Calendula infusion is made by chopping up the dried petals from the flowers and infusing them into a base oil. Calendula Oil is exceptionally beneficial in the treatment of diaper rash.
